A "North River"

A north river, we all pretty much have one. There are numerous north rivers here in New England. A north river doesn't have to be the true name of that river for it can also be the location. The river pictured here is a beautiful river in northern New Hampshire in the Fall. Truly spectacular.

The streamer tied for the rivers of said name "North River" helps to pay a tribute to such rivers and all they inspire.

Theresa, another set of similar colors would be on the brook trout that swim those waters.

Mark to drop that streamer in that river would be wonderful, not to mention the fish that would strike it.

The North River Streamer has to be one of your most colorful to date; another I will pencil in for the collection. Thanks for sharing

  4. One of my favorite posts. For me there will always be one "North River" in particular but I have m any "north rivers" all carrying special meaning and memories, even ones I do not fish. The streamer is one of your best and perfectly fits with the theme of the post.

Kris there are many north rivers in our journals, but one will always stand out, even as you said the ones not fished.
