I had a request from a gentleman from the Pacific northwest for two patterns. They were to be tied in the Rangeley style. These patterns were of his choice. I hope he will find them to his liking.
These streamers will remain east. These will be fished here in Connecticut, but they will also make appearances in a few other states. Because of there size they will be candidates for small streams.
I just love this wing feather/color. It was from a cape I bought a few years ago. When purchased it was supposed to be gray, for gray ghosts...obviously it's not gray but what a nice color for a general minnow imitation.
those are beauties!

Doug, don't be so modest. I've seen your work and it's right up there.
Simply outstanding Brk Trt! Beautiful works of art, almost too gorgeous to fish!! Impressive.

Pete I wish we had the fish that would really appreciate an offering as such.
Looks like you have a couple winners for Northwest Chrome.

I appreciate it.
Fantastic! The beauty in those streamers always amaze me. I'm so used to fishing with little buggy looking nymphs or dries, get so far removed from regal patterns like the ones pictured.

Mike those buggy looking flies are our bread and butter. But sometimes we enjoy a little cream cheese with our bagel.
Those purple streamers should be framed and hung in someone's tying room.

Howard that's quite possible. But maybe a photo of one in a trouts jaw to go alongside would be nice.
these patterns are not for use streamer fishing, it would be better to keep them as collectible. Dont´n you?

Armando perhaps that's where they will end up.
Beautiful streamers, Alan. Each and every one will catch fish too. Well done.

Sam I think maybe your right. I hope the fish is memorable for the angler.
The flies headed west are works of art. The ones staying home are definitely flies for fishing , love the simpler flies for fishing ,provides a great silhouette.

Brad those simple flies got it done, especially that yellow winged one. The brown and gray one I think will work better on wild browns.
