A friend from Mass. guided me here. Looks like a great Blog. Small streams and great food. How can you go wrong.
ReplyDeleteAlan, I didn't know you'd written a book! Before I try Amazon, can I buy a copy directly from you? If I win the copy (-: , I'll give one to my brother-in-law.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all you do, and warmest wishes,
John
+ 1 on not knowing about the book , I'll look for it soon. Thank you for all of your efforts in writing this blog. I start each day with coffee and SSR. Mike C.
ReplyDeleteThank you for showing how these little beautiful fish live in these little streams that surround us. No need to travel long distances to fish and enjoy the outdoors. It is a shame more people/anglers do not take that little local adventure to explore. Best of all it can be done with the most basic equipment. No need for waders, net or vest/pack. Just a rod, reel and a few simple flies. Great stuff.

Alan,
ReplyDeleteBeen reading your blog for years with the occasional comment. I'm always amazed at how you get such beautiful closeup photos of those blue line trout with only two hands and manage to return them unharmed to the stream.

ReplyDeleteHappy Holidays Alan.
ReplyDeleteGood way to boost the comments ;-) Love this site, Alan. Your photography is always a joy to see. I didn't get much fishing in this year due to illness, but SSR filled in the gap vicariously.
