The cost of land is just becoming so high, that conservation groups like FLT, the Trustees of Reservation etc just can not do what they used to as easily. When groups combine forces, super positive things can happen! Will
Hibernation, Thanks. Will you are right. With the price of land at a premium it's going to take multiple groups to bring about a purchase. In this instance even with the will of the owner to have this land set aside for future generations the funds had to come from several organizations. I'm thankful.
