Great video of a beautiful stream, Alan. I agree with Hibernation in that it is indeed amazing the brook trout make a living in that small a water most especially during the hot months. There must be just enough spring water seepage to keep it cold enough.
Parachute Adams Thanks Sam that stream has been quite low in past summers. The brookies come through OK though and they were active the day I took the footage.
Beautiful little creek Alan. It's been awhile...I almost forgot how soothing the sound of a small stream can be as it meanders it's path down the mountain. Makes me want to put a sound byte of running water on every trip report I do.
Alan Water music to one's ears----what really impressed me about this video aside from it's beauty-----it was filmed without "MUSIC" ----I usually don't watch a fly fishing video that has music that drowns out natures sound. I hope you let us see more of those beautiful streams you fish there. This was one of my favorite post!! Thanks for sharing
Bill Trussell Thanks Bill how can we block natures sounds with recording studio overplays. Not here. I have another video of that same stream when it was ice covered that I hope to share.
So awesome! At the same time, astonishes me when I see some of the waters these amazing fish scrape a living in. Amazing!

That stream looks very healthy and very inviting. Are their any other species of trout in the stream?

Brad for as long as I have fished it I have only taken brook trout. This winter I hooked a brown quite far upstream.
That pool near the middle of the video looks very "brook trout-y". It would produce some beautiful brook trout.
